Catch up......

I had been posting in awhile for several reasons but mainly b/c i don't have time.

The past 3 weeks looks like this.
gained +2.8
lost -2.4
gained +.2
this week will be a loss!

I'm back to working out, treadmill 1.5 miles and tonight i biked 5 miles! My ass hurts but it's all worth it because not just 1 but 2 pairs of jeans that I fit into once again! After 2.5 years! Awesome! It's like new clothes!

By the way I've reached my 20% and I'm treating myself to having my hair relaxed! I'm so exicted!

Next goal..I want a mini ipod!

Week 13

This Saturday I lost -.2. It is what it is and I'm happy with that.

This week I vow to go walk on the treadmill twice this week. Dinner is already planned in my head for the week.

I leave on Friday for a mini weekend with my bff. I'm definetly looking forward to it. As she is 5 months pregnant and we are going to have some quality girl time. I will however miss my boys.

I won't be weighing in next weekend since I'll be in Florida! Two weeks to go.

Week 12: Weigh In

I weighed in after missing two weeks since I had that horrible stomach virus. I surpassed my 5% goal and therefore got a round of applause from my WW meeting group.

I'm even more excited to know that I'm only 8lb from my 10% goal. I need to dig deep and find my motivation for the week as i need to get back on the exercising ring of things.

Since I've lost 18lbs so far I've also shaved 2 points off my daily points! So that is awesome.

In my mind I'd like to loose another 45 lbs and that is where I would be compeletly happy with myself. I also want to loose this weigh before I get pregnant again which is in no time soon maybe next summer!?!

However I'd like to note that since I gave birth to Jack 16 months ago my total weight loss has been 36 lbs...

Week: Something
I've been on hiatis for the past 2.5 weeks as I had been suffering from a horrible stomach virus and I hadn't been following WW let along eating.

I lost over 14 lbs in two weeks. I know NOT good. But back to eating and tracking this week and will weigh in Saturday 9/12 morning!

Week 6 Overview

Last week was hard for me as I only worked out 2 days. My husband worked late 3 nights and that was my excuse. Having a 15 month old is lots of work once we get home, eat, play then usually I go to work out.

Last Thursday we also received bad news that my husband uncle passed away. He was young and still had lots to do in life. My heart was filled with so much emotion. We went to the funeral and left our baby with my parents.

So bad week turned into me adding 1 lb. This week is a new week and I'm starting fresh. I'm 1.8lb from my 10 lb weight loss and i'm so exicted!

Week 6: Weigh In

Today I knew I lost weight before I weighed in...and i did!
I lost -2.6lbs!

I worked out 5 days this week: walking on the treadmill, swimming, and bowling!

Total weight lost is -9.2lbs!

Today is a good day. Thanks to my husband for his motivation and encouragement every day.

Week 5: Weigh In

Today was my 5th weigh in..and I gained +.4lb.

This week I vow to walk on the treadmill for four times.
Plan our dinner meals.
Track everything.

In our WW meeting we are participating in a 4 week Vegetable/Fruit Challenge. Last week we had to make sure we ate two different colors per day. This week we need to try and put 1/2 of our plate with veggies or fruit. Did you know the dark the veggie or fruit the more nutrients it has for you?

Week 4: Weigh In

Saturday is my weigh in day. It's a good day, I go to the early meeting, and then I'm outta there.

This woman sat next to me this week who's lost over 38 lbs since Jan 2009. Hmmm 6 months I can do that! I told her that she can sit next to me every week so I can get her motivation to rub off on me. :)

So the results are in I lost -1.8 this past week. Yeah for me!

Coming up this week, I vow to write down everything, plan, and exercise more. I'm getting the hang of this treadmill walking thing. It's also doubles as my time away from my boys.

Week 3: After the 4th of July

This weekend in Florida was good and I didn't use too much of my extra points. But hard to stick to your points when you go out to eat all the time.

But now we are back home safe and sound. I started walking on the treadmill last night. I walked for 25 minutes and I walked a mile. I hope to increase my time over the next couple of weeks and months and also increase my distance. This time at the gym also worked out to be my quite time.

Today I feel good!

Week 2: kinda of

I weighed in this morning, 3 days early because I'll be out of town for the 4th but I wanted to still stay on track.

I gained .2 lbs which is okay. I also started my monthly last night so I wanted to go earlier than later since I knew I'd be bloated later in the week. This coming holiday weekend I will still track my food. I bought bottle water and snacks for the car trip so we don't have to stop for all the bad snacks that always find themselves in the car. Plus I had to buy snacks and foods for our child.

When we get back from our trip, I want to start walking on the treadmil, start small and build it up. I want to not mind to work out. This will be my savior in the end I believe.

So keep me motivated and keep on me as it will be my success.

Week 1: Changes

I made this commitment so I knew I had to set up some personal goals for myself.

1. I would track and write down anything that went into my mouth. I did just that.

2. To plan our family dinner for the entire week including our desserts. I love ice cream and I love popcorn.

Since I did both things I stuck to them I know that is why I had a very successful week.

On the down side, I don't think I ate all my points, it seemed as I was a.) eating more and more often (yes i know you have to eat more often to jump start your metabolism) b.) I felt that I was forced to eat things I wouldn't eat.

*I don't think that I normally (before WW) that I ate bad all the time. However I know I didn't eat ever 3 hours or did I eat filling foods.

I had to re-evaluate my weekly tracker to find out how many points per meal and snack I was eating and go from there. So week 2, I decided to eat more points at lunch as I hadn't been eating that much of the points at lunch. I normally ate a salad with a sandwich. So this week I'm targeting 6 - 8 points per lunch.

One day at a time

One week ago, I rejoined WeightWatchers. It was my time to go back and get back into the swing of things. Take back my life! Loose that unwanted weight and get it off my shoulders or waist.

This will be my online journal to write down my goals, talk about my weekly objectives, my gripes, the positives and the negatives week in and week out.

This is my dedication to myself to do it for me. Once a week I will weigh in to share my weight lost.
