Week 6: Weigh In

Today I knew I lost weight before I weighed in...and i did!
I lost -2.6lbs!

I worked out 5 days this week: walking on the treadmill, swimming, and bowling!

Total weight lost is -9.2lbs!

Today is a good day. Thanks to my husband for his motivation and encouragement every day.

Week 5: Weigh In

Today was my 5th weigh in..and I gained +.4lb.

This week I vow to walk on the treadmill for four times.
Plan our dinner meals.
Track everything.

In our WW meeting we are participating in a 4 week Vegetable/Fruit Challenge. Last week we had to make sure we ate two different colors per day. This week we need to try and put 1/2 of our plate with veggies or fruit. Did you know the dark the veggie or fruit the more nutrients it has for you?

Week 4: Weigh In

Saturday is my weigh in day. It's a good day, I go to the early meeting, and then I'm outta there.

This woman sat next to me this week who's lost over 38 lbs since Jan 2009. Hmmm 6 months I can do that! I told her that she can sit next to me every week so I can get her motivation to rub off on me. :)

So the results are in I lost -1.8 this past week. Yeah for me!

Coming up this week, I vow to write down everything, plan, and exercise more. I'm getting the hang of this treadmill walking thing. It's also doubles as my time away from my boys.

Week 3: After the 4th of July

This weekend in Florida was good and I didn't use too much of my extra points. But hard to stick to your points when you go out to eat all the time.

But now we are back home safe and sound. I started walking on the treadmill last night. I walked for 25 minutes and I walked a mile. I hope to increase my time over the next couple of weeks and months and also increase my distance. This time at the gym also worked out to be my quite time.

Today I feel good!

Week 2: kinda of

I weighed in this morning, 3 days early because I'll be out of town for the 4th but I wanted to still stay on track.

I gained .2 lbs which is okay. I also started my monthly last night so I wanted to go earlier than later since I knew I'd be bloated later in the week. This coming holiday weekend I will still track my food. I bought bottle water and snacks for the car trip so we don't have to stop for all the bad snacks that always find themselves in the car. Plus I had to buy snacks and foods for our child.

When we get back from our trip, I want to start walking on the treadmil, start small and build it up. I want to not mind to work out. This will be my savior in the end I believe.

So keep me motivated and keep on me as it will be my success.
